Send Third Party Inspection Options with preferred vendors

Inform clients of the appraisal process and follow up with lender on appraisal status

Set up Home Warranty (if applicable) with brochure options for client to select

Follow up on Title commitment and ensure delivered to client

Send HOA docs in compliance with contract

Sets up clients with third-party agency to set up Utilities (optional)

Send information for mortgage insurance with a preferred vendor list

Submit compliance for CDA

Send closing reminders for sellers/buyers

Send any necessary amendments/addendums for signatures throughout the contract (outside of repairs)

Coordinate Repair Receipts from Listing agent as needed

Schedule Walk-thru with listing agent & Closings with title

Send closing e-mail with closing information to client
