  • File all docs in separate Google Drive for safekeeping

  • Send intro to client title agent, listing agent, lender, and clients (separately as needed) with important dates

  • Ensure Earnest delivery and receipt sent to all parties

  • Remind clients of closing information such as utility termination, address forwarding, etc.

  • Inform clients of the appraisal process and follow up with lender on appraisal status

  • Follow up on Title commitment

  • Ensure HOA docs are delivered on time

  • Submit compliance for CDA

  • Coordinate Repair Receipts from sellers as needed

  • Send any necessary amendments/addendums for signatures throughout the contract

  • Schedule Closings with title

  • Send closing e-mail with closing information to the client
